1. Overview

Chase the Pink Ace is a weekly charitable game of chance conducted on behalf of Team Buche Cares by the G.F. Buche Company at Al’s Oasis in Oacoma, South Dakota. Participants purchase tickets for a chance to win a portion of the jackpot by selecting the hidden “Pink Ace.”

 2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Tickets may be purchased by the general public.
• The following individuals may NOT participate in the drawing or administration of the game:
  • Individuals directly responsible for conducting the drawing (“Draw Supervisors”)
  • Any individual involved in managing or overseeing the game process
• Employees, volunteers, and affiliated individuals may purchase tickets, but:
  • They may not participate in the drawing process or game administration
• Immediate household members of Draw Supervisors or those managing or overseeing the game are not eligible to participate

3. Ticket Sales

• Tickets may be purchased:
• Online (until the published cutoff time)
• In-person at designated locations
• Each ticket must include:
• Participant’s name
• Phone number (required for winner verification)
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• All sales are final once submitted.

 4. Weekly Deadlines

• Online ticket sales close: Thursday at 12:00 PM CST (noon) – if tickets are purchased after 12:00, you will automatically roll into next week’s drawing. If the pink ace is found, thank you for your donation.
• In-person ticket sales close: Thursday prior to the drawing (7:30 PM in Last Chance Saloon; 5:00 PM in RiverFront Boutique, Al’s Restaurant, & Buche Foods)
• No ticket purchases will be accepted after the official cutoff time.

 5. The Drawing

• Drawings are held weekly at Al’s Oasis.
• One ticket is randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The selected participant (or their proxy, if permitted) chooses a numbered envelope from the game board.

6. Winning the Game

• If the selected envelope contains the Pink Ace, the participant wins ½ of the jackpot. The other ½ of the jackpot will be donated to Team Buche Cares for the purpose of helping cancer patients and their families.
• If the Pink Ace is not revealed:
• A smaller consolation prize may be awarded – 10% of that week’s sales
• The jackpot rolls over to the next week

• Attendance Bonus: If the ticket winner is physically present at the Last Chance Saloon at the time of the drawing, they will also win a Buche Foods shopping spree.

 7. Jackpot

• The jackpot grows weekly based on ticket sales.
• The final prize amount is determined at the time of the winning draw.

 8. Winner Verification

• Winners must be verified using:
• Name on ticket
• Phone number on ticket
• In the event of duplicate or similar names, phone number will control.

 9. Game Integrity

To ensure fairness and public trust:

• All tickets are handled using standardized procedures
• The drawing is conducted in a public setting
• Internal controls and confidentiality measures are enforced

 10. Confidentiality & Fair Play

• Any attempt to gain unfair advantage through inside information will result in:
• Disqualification
• Potential legal action

11. Publicity

By participating, players agree that:

• Their name and likeness may be used for promotional purposes
• No additional compensation will be provided

 12. General Conditions

• • The game is subject to all applicable South Dakota laws
  • Team Buche Cares reserves the right to:
    • Modify rules for compliance or integrity
    • Cancel or suspend the game if necessary
